Both rates include meeting room, access to complimentary setup of Private Online Group page for your event with a unique URL address, an air pot of coffee, condiments, disposable cups, and water pitcher service and room setup (tables and chairs). Catering services, along with auxiliary items such as easel stand and paper, projector screen and television with VCR, are available for an additional fee.
