Please inquire by calling the hotel and asking for full-day and half-day rates. Both rates include meeting room, access to complimentary setup of Private Online Group page for your event with a unique URL address, an air pot of coffee, condiments, disposable cups, and water pitcher service, room setup (tables and chairs)and free high speed internet access. Catering services, along with auxiliary items such as easel stand and paper, podium, projector screen and television with VCR, are available for an additional fee. Catering services are available with advance request.
